Obviously, the desirable character traits are the one that makes you fit. Not just academic performance but also your overall approach towards various situations are gauged. Success in endeavour: If your trait says never give up and work hard. It means success is inevitable. One needs to develop them to be successful as success is not cup of everyone’s tea.
Mere having thoughts and holding values is not sufficient. You need to act optimistically to develop character traits.
