GET THE RIGHT GUIDANCE TO CHOOSE YOUR CAREER PATH
Career assessments are tools that are designed to help individuals understand how a variety of personal attributes (i.e., interests, values, preferences, motivations, aptitude and skills), impact their potential success and satisfaction with different career options and work environments. We like to think that the key to a successful career change is “knowing what to do next” than using that knowledge to guide our actions. But studying those people in the career change process (as opposed to afterwards, when hindsight is always 20/20) led us to a startling conclusion: Change actually happens the other way around. Doing comes first and knowing second. Why? Because changing careers means redefining our working identity. Career change follows a first-act-and-then -think sequence because-”Who we are and what we do “are tightly connected- the result of years of action.
