Alpha Talent (For School & College Students)

Talent, like all other phenomena, requires to be managed. Many programs are designed to manage manpower talents in business and service sectors, but not a clear program exists for managing student’s talents in schools, college, or early working years.
The identification of people’s talent and the realisation of their full potential are key objectives of this course.

At Mentors Basket we provide developmental support, such as mentoring, coaching, and counselling to the individuals in multiple concerns that might be a reason to a slack in their growth.
These concerns could be in areas like Behavioural Improvement, Goal setting, Value Time Mapping, Mock Interview and Tips to Face Interviews, Competitive Awareness and so on.
So, this program supports those who have the zeal but are not able to find a path for the achievement of their goals.
One can always be a part of this program at different stages as learning and mentoring is a continues process.
